After years of studying genetics, the scientists on the park genetically engineer a new breed of dinosaur, the Indominus Rex. The safety of customers is our highest priority. The capacity of the venue has been restricted to allow for full physical distancing. When booking please select a block of seats matching the number of people in your party.

An enhanced cleaning and management protocol is in place to ensure that all visitors are kept safe at all times.

Alcoholic drinks*, soft drinks, snacks, ice cream and sweets will be available to purchase on the day of your visit, but we recommend that you use our pre-order service (available through our box office system) and your order will be placed at your seats prior to your arrival at the venue.

We are operating a one-way system within the venue so please take note of directional signage on arrival. All customers will be required to wear a face covering when entering and moving through the building. You will be permitted to remove your face covering once seated in the auditorium.

Toilet facilities are available although you may experience a longer wait to use them due to our physical distancing measures. Please allow plenty of time to arrive and enter the building as you may be asked to queue outside before entering.

If you or anyone in your party are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, you must not enter the venue.

*Alcohol will be served in correspondance with our Challenge 25 policy.
