We currently have a vacancy for a full time, permanent administrator. Based at our head office in Lanark, you will work as part of an administrative team providing administrative support primarily to the sales and operational departments. Ideally you will have 2-3 years administration experience and knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Office. You will have excellent communication skills, work well in a team and be able to work to tight deadlines in a busy office environment. The main duties and responsibilities of the post include preparation of quotes, processing orders, dealing with customer queries, management of customer helpdesks, administrative support for Christmas and all general office duties.
