We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Estates Office in Douglas. The suitable candidate will be responsible for assisting in providing a high level of administrative support in an effective and efficient manner. This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week over 2 – 3 days. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the business across a range of areas with accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a calm manner when working under pressure. This is a great opportunity to join an enthusiastic and committed small team, in a varied role to support existing office staff and the whole business. This busy role would suit a confident and adaptable person with a can-do, positive approach.

Reception and telephone duties, dealing with suppliers, utility providers and contractors, cash handling, dealing with queries by phone and email, general assistance on ad-hoc tasks including book keeping.
Strong communication and writing skills, ability to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, experience of Microsoft Office packages, book keeping experience an advantage.
