Key Role Requirements
Providing friendly, professional customer service on the shop floor
Using the till/POS system (training provided)
Assisting with stock display and presentation
Helping to maintain a clean and organised shop environment
Supporting holiday cover for other staff
Working 5 days a week, including 3 Saturdays per month
Being an active and reliable part of a small, family-run team
Key Skill Requirements
Full-time availability (Mon–Sat, with one Saturday off per month)
Willingness to cover staff holidays
Retail experience (preferred but not essential)
Tech-savvy or confident with computers (POS system training provided)
Trustworthy, honest, and reliable
Comfortable in a close-knit, family-run work environment
A keen eye for display and shop presentation
Customer-focused, polite, and professional
Looking for a long-term, stable position
Willing to learn and grow with the business
