Taking part is easy!

Free trail maps are available from Tolbooth Lanark on High Street in the heart of the town centre, open daily from 10am to 5pm. (Postcode ML11 7EX). We recommend picking up your map in person and the Tolbooth volunteers will provide you with information and advice about how to complete the trail. Trail maps can also be downloaded HERE. The whole trail measures just over 1 and three-quarter miles. Please note that there are some narrow pavements and areas with no pavement on the walk down to Castlebank Park, which is a steep slope. There is also a steep slope upwards within the park including some shallow steps.
