The new Wallace rose garden at Castlebank Park is blossoming and attracting lots of visitors throughout the summer.
Last year it was an overgrown area in desperate need of attention and thanks to the hard work of local volunteers, Clydesdale Community Initiatives and the council’s community payback team, it is now a great addition to Castlebank Park.
The rose garden is featured in the new Wallace trail and the six-foot wooden sculpture of Wallace is proving to be very popular.
