Lanark’s Christmas festivities kick off with the enormously popular Lanark Christmas Market on Saturday 15 November, culminating in the switch on of the town's festive lights by Santa at around 5pm!
Browse your favourite festive stalls full of food, drink, clothing and accessories, decorations, toys and much more …. and drop into your local shops for those extra special gifts.
When you need a break from all that shopping, enjoy a festive bite to eat and a warming cuppa in the town's many excellent cafes, pubs and restaurants!
As the afternoon draws to a close, see the town’s festive decorations light up and the Rotary Club of Lanark sponsored Christmas tree illuminated!
Join us in Lanark to soak up the festive atmosphere and start your Christmas shopping!
This event is organised by South Lanarkshire Council.
