Formed in 2020, the Hyde Clarinet Quartet is an exciting clarinet group made up of current Royal College of Music students and alumni. They are dedicated to performing new works, as well as exploring the diversity of the clarinet through an array of string quartet and choral repertoire. They won the RCM Ensemble Competition in 2024. In Lanark they play a programme including music by Beethoven, Shostakovich, Florence Price, Borodin and Marcos Fernandez.
